We offer a 24-month warranty (5 years for ActivePedals Ultimate and 3 years for ActivePedals Pro), where repairs are done directly at manufacturer facilities or authorized service centers.
If a warranty claim occurs, we organize and pay for the shipment to the manufacturer/service centre and back to you.
