Warranty, exchanges and returns

Warranty and legal guarantee

The manufacturer's warranty period for this product is shown below the Add to cart button. Some brands offer longer coverage - Simucube and Sim-Lab products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, and the Simucube ActivePedal Ultimate with 5 years.

If you buy as a consumer, you also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from GPerformance as the seller. The manufacturer's warranty is additional and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

If something goes wrong, contact us - we'll handle the claim for you, including any coordination with the manufacturer. You don't have to deal with anything yourself, and shipping cost is on us.

Product exchange within 14 days

Sometimes gear feels different on your rig than you expected - force feedback, pedal response, wheel ergonomics. That's fine. Within 14 days of delivery, you can request an exchange for a different product or variant. The product just needs to be in good condition, complete and returned in its original box - short testing on your rig is fine.

Exchanges are meant for genuine purchases, not for trying out products. If you're unsure what suits your setup or driving style, ask us before ordering - we're happy to help, and we want you racing on gear you're happy with. For business (B2B) purchases, please contact us first.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer and change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product - no reason needed. You can use the Withdraw from contract link in the footer or email [email protected].

Once you've notified us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. The direct cost of return shipping is covered by you. If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us first and we'll arrange a suitable return method.

Inspecting and returning the product

You can unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a store. Handle it with care and return it complete, with all accessories, cables and manuals. Keep the original box and protective materials, as they help protect the product during return shipping.

If you've handled or used the product beyond what's needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you keep your right of withdrawal, but we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused.

Mass, not air

A subwoofer moves air - and loses force and accuracy on the way to the seat. The Gamer Plus moves an actual 170 g magnetically suspended piston, so every effect arrives as a physical impulse: engine load, gear shifts, kerb strikes and track surface. Because the feedback is mechanical, it works at any volume - turn the speakers down, race with a headset on at night, and the immersion stays.

Audio out of the box, telemetry when you want it

The Gamer Plus is driven by game audio, so it works with every title from the first minute - sim racing, flight sims and everything else on the PC. For deeper integration, ButtKicker's HaptiConnect software can drive it from in-game telemetry instead: track surface, vehicle grip and engine RPM become distinct, tuned effects rather than bass. The free HaptiConnect Base also handles audio routing, which makes running a headset alongside the transducer simple.

One clamp, three feet, any rig

The Universal Clamp grips round and square posts from roughly 25 to 45 mm - the centre post of a gaming chair as well as the tubing of most sim rigs. On aluminium profile cockpits, three integrated mounting feet bolt straight to the extrusion with M6 bolts and slot nuts, and a printable footprint template is linked in the Technical details tab. The Gamer Plus is sized for gaming chairs and small to medium rigs - for a large or heavy cockpit, the ButtKicker Gamer PRO is the stronger fit.

Everything in one box

The kit ships complete for PC use: the transducer, the 90 W amplifier with a digital display that remembers the last volume setting, a wireless remote for adjustments mid-session, and every cable including USB and RCA to 3.5 mm. No extra purchases are needed to start.

Is the Gamer Plus enough, or should I go PRO?

For a single-seat sim rig, the Gamer Plus genuinely suffices - the magnetically suspended 170 g piston responds quickly and renders detailed effects, and the 90 W BKA-PLUS amplifier drives it with headroom. The Gamer PRO adds raw output (150 W, heavier piston) for those who want maximum physical intensity.

How does it mount on an aluminium profile cockpit?

Two ways - and that flexibility is a Gamer Plus advantage: the universal clamp grips round and square posts of roughly 25-45 mm, and three dedicated mounting feet bolt directly onto aluminium profiles. A mounting footprint template is linked in the manuals for precise placement.

Is it apartment-friendly?

Yes, with one habit: keep the rig off direct floor contact. The transducer vibrates rather than plays sound - you feel far more than you hear - and isolation feet under the cockpit stop the structure passing vibrations into the building. The lighter piston also makes the Plus the gentler of the two kits by nature.
