Everything ships from our own warehouse in Slovakia. Every parcel is insured, and within the EU you pay no customs or import fees.

When it arrives

With Express ordered before the dispatch time, your parcel usually arrives the next business day in most EU countries. You'll see the delivery estimate for your address on the product page, in the cart and at checkout.

This is the carrier's estimate, not a binding date. It can shift due to peak volumes, weather or public holidays. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.

UPS Standard Economy Slow shipping, free from €790. We ship within 4 business days, when our warehouse has free capacity - 6-10 business days in total. Not available for heavy items, pre-orders or Slovakia.
