Parcel arrived damaged ShowClose

If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the product - ideally within 24 hours of delivery - and email them with a short description to [email protected]. Every shipment is insured, so prompt photos help us resolve it quickly.

Manufacturer guarantees (GARAN) ShowClose

Some manufacturers offer a commercial guarantee of durability that goes beyond the legal guarantee. Products covered carry the EU GARAN label on their product page. The guarantee is free of charge, covers the whole product and runs from the day the product was delivered to the first consumer. It does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity towards GPerformance as the seller.

How to claim: use the warranty claim form on this page - we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. Proof of purchase (your order) is required, repair or replacement is free of charge, and the typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks.

Simucube

Guarantor: Granite Devices Oy, Visiokatu 3, 33720 Tampere, Finland. Duration: 5 years for Simucube 3 Ultimate, Simucube 2 Ultimate and ActivePedal Ultimate (incl. Add-on); 3 years for Simucube 3 Pro and Sport, ActivePedal Pro, Co-Pedal, Savu Pro and Savu Sport, and Simucube 3 quick release adapters and accessories. Other Simucube products carry the legal guarantee only. Scope: Simucube guarantees that the product will keep its functions and performance under normal use for the whole period. Wear parts (pedal face surfaces, steering wheel grips) are excluded, as is damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification or improper installation. Conditions: no registration needed; the guarantee is transferable to a subsequent owner with the original proof of purchase.

Sim-Lab

Guarantor: Sim-Lab B.V., Snelliusweg 11, 4691 SP Tholen, Netherlands. Duration: 4 years for DDS TorqueSync wheelbases; 3 years for all other Sim-Lab products sold at GPerformance (cockpits, monitor mounts, seats, pedals, shifters, handbrakes, quick releases, accessories). Flight sim mounts carry the legal guarantee only. Scope: Sim-Lab guarantees that the product will keep its functions and performance under normal use for the whole period. Damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modification or improper installation is excluded. Conditions: no registration needed; proof of purchase required.
