Warranty and legal guarantee
The manufacturer's warranty period for this product is shown below the Add to cart button. Some brands offer longer coverage - Simucube and Sim-Lab products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, and the Simucube ActivePedal Ultimate with 5 years.
If you buy as a consumer, you also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from GPerformance as the seller. The manufacturer's warranty is additional and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
If something goes wrong, contact us - we'll handle the claim for you, including any coordination with the manufacturer. You don't have to deal with anything yourself, and shipping cost is on us.

Product exchange within 14 days
Sometimes gear feels different on your rig than you expected - force feedback, pedal response, wheel ergonomics. That's fine. Within 14 days of delivery, you can request an exchange for a different product or variant. The product just needs to be in good condition, complete and returned in its original box - short testing on your rig is fine.
Exchanges are meant for genuine purchases, not for trying out products. If you're unsure what suits your setup or driving style, ask us before ordering - we're happy to help, and we want you racing on gear you're happy with. For business (B2B) purchases, please contact us first.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer and change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product - no reason needed. You can use the Withdraw from contract link in the footer or email [email protected].
Once you've notified us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. The direct cost of return shipping is covered by you. If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us first and we'll arrange a suitable return method.
Inspecting and returning the product
You can unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a store. Handle it with care and return it complete, with all accessories, cables and manuals. Keep the original box and protective materials, as they help protect the product during return shipping.
If you've handled or used the product beyond what's needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you keep your right of withdrawal, but we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused.
