Warranty, exchanges and returns

Warranty and legal guarantee

The manufacturer's warranty period for this product is shown below the Add to cart button. Some brands offer longer coverage - Simucube and Sim-Lab products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, and the Simucube ActivePedal Ultimate with 5 years.

If you buy as a consumer, you also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from GPerformance as the seller. The manufacturer's warranty is additional and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

If something goes wrong, contact us - we'll handle the claim for you, including any coordination with the manufacturer. You don't have to deal with anything yourself, and shipping cost is on us.

Product exchange within 14 days

Sometimes gear feels different on your rig than you expected - force feedback, pedal response, wheel ergonomics. That's fine. Within 14 days of delivery, you can request an exchange for a different product or variant. The product just needs to be in good condition, complete and returned in its original box - short testing on your rig is fine.

Exchanges are meant for genuine purchases, not for trying out products. If you're unsure what suits your setup or driving style, ask us before ordering - we're happy to help, and we want you racing on gear you're happy with. For business (B2B) purchases, please contact us first.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer and change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product - no reason needed. You can use the Withdraw from contract link in the footer or email [email protected].

Once you've notified us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. The direct cost of return shipping is covered by you. If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us first and we'll arrange a suitable return method.

Inspecting and returning the product

You can unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a store. Handle it with care and return it complete, with all accessories, cables and manuals. Keep the original box and protective materials, as they help protect the product during return shipping.

If you've handled or used the product beyond what's needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you keep your right of withdrawal, but we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused.

More than a dashboard - MagicDash 4

Magnetically attached and fully detachable, with a built-in touchpad and official dashboard presets.

One display serves multiple Zeus wheels - or moves onto an Alpha EVO wheelbase when a dash-less rim suits the car better.

Professional-grade construction

5 mm solid 3K Toray carbon fiber front plate on a one-piece CNC-machined aluminum alloy back cover, with all-aluminum CNC knobs and switches.

The three-layer grip combines a steel core for stability, an injection-molded shell for a firm shape and a silicone surface for anti-slip comfort.

Compatible with any wheelbase - choose the right version

On Alpha EVO wheelbases the included AirLink hotspot plugs into your PC via USB-C and automatically finds the wheel and display - no pairing, no cables across the rig, with wired-level latency.

On Alpha series and M10 wheelbases the included Maglink Pro Xtend handles the connection through a wired magnetic link.

On third-party wheelbases the included Maglink Pro does the same - it powers the wheel and carries all data, so the Zeus Formula runs on non-Simagic bases too.

SimPro Manager V3 and SimHub

Every button light, RPM strip and encoder LED reacts to live telemetry - ABS, DRS, flags or the pit limiter, tuned in SimPro Manager V3.

Deep SimHub integration exposes the inputs, LEDs and the MagicDash 4 screen for advanced custom setups.

Which version should I choose for my wheelbase?

Alpha EVO Sport, EVO and EVO Pro owners pick the Alpha EVO version - the included AirLink connects the wheel and display wirelessly. Alpha, Alpha Mini, Alpha U and M10 owners pick the Alpha series version with the wired Maglink Pro Xtend. For third-party wheelbases pick the third-party version with the Maglink Pro.

What does the AirLink do and why is it needed?

AirLink is a plug-and-play USB-C hotspot with Simagic's dedicated wireless protocol. On Alpha EVO wheelbases it carries the MagicDash 4 and wheel data to the PC with wired-level latency - it finds nearby Simagic devices automatically, with no pairing or drivers.

Can I use the MagicDash 4 without the wheel?

Yes. The display is fully detachable and mounts magnetically either on the Zeus Formula or directly onto the front of an Alpha EVO wheelbase, so it can serve as a fixed dashboard for dash-less wheels.

What is the difference between the Zeus Formula and the Simagic FX Pro?

The Zeus Formula is the new flagship: 280 mm FIA-standard size, a detachable magnetic MagicDash 4 instead of a fixed 4.3-inch LCD, and up to 92 physical inputs. The FX Pro is a 290 mm carbon formula wheel with a built-in screen and a lower price - a strong choice if modularity is not a priority.

Does the Zeus Formula support SimHub?

Yes - the buttons, LEDs and rotary encoders can be controlled via SimHub, and with the MagicDash 4 attached its display and lighting are supported as well.
