We will prepare a free DHL Express shipping labels. In the case of undamaged goods, we will exchange them within 48 hours of delivery.

The cost of the service varies – it depends on the price of the product itself and it is a proportional part of the price.
In most cases, it constitutes 17% of the product price.

Will it be replaced even if the product is mechanically damaged?

No. If the goods are mechanically damaged, the service cannot be used. In this case, you are not entitled to a refund for the service.

Does the immediate replacement also apply to a reduced battery capacity?

No. The service does not apply to reduced battery capacity and cannot be used in these cases.
