Warranty and legal guarantee

The manufacturer's warranty period for this product is shown below the Add to cart button. Some brands offer longer coverage - Simucube and Sim-Lab products come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, and the Simucube ActivePedal Ultimate with 5 years.

If you buy as a consumer, you also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from GPerformance as the seller. The manufacturer's warranty is additional and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

If something goes wrong, contact us - we'll handle the claim for you, including any coordination with the manufacturer. You don't have to deal with anything yourself, and shipping cost is on us.

Product exchange within 14 days

Sometimes gear feels different on your rig than you expected - force feedback, pedal response, wheel ergonomics. That's fine. Within 14 days of delivery, you can request an exchange for a different product or variant. The product just needs to be in good condition, complete and returned in its original box - short testing on your rig is fine.

Exchanges are meant for genuine purchases, not for trying out products. If you're unsure what suits your setup or driving style, ask us before ordering - we're happy to help, and we want you racing on gear you're happy with. For business (B2B) purchases, please contact us first.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer and change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product - no reason needed. You can use the Withdraw from contract link in the footer or email support@gperformance.eu.

Once you've notified us, you have another 14 days to send the product back. The direct cost of return shipping is covered by you. If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us first and we'll arrange a suitable return method.

Inspecting and returning the product

You can unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a store. Handle it with care and return it complete, with all accessories, cables and manuals. Keep the original box and protective materials, as they help protect the product during return shipping.

If you've handled or used the product beyond what's needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you keep your right of withdrawal, but we may reduce the refund by the loss in value this caused.

The pedals have adjustable angles and pre-load settings via the springs. You can adjust the stiffness of the brake pedal by using various combinations of the rubber packers and spacers supplied.

Every Sprint pedal is tested to 1 million duty cycles. The powder-coated, glass-bead-blasted stainless steel construction, real bearings and carefully designed pivot points keep play to a minimum - so even after years of use the pedals feel and look like new.

Easy to customize with SmartControl software

The Sprint pedals come with SmartControl - a configuration tool built on Heusinkveld's own electronics platform. It maps non-linear pedal output curves, deadzones and brake pedal force instantly, without recalibrating the pedals (including in iRacing).

All settings save into an unlimited number of profiles, load back in a few clicks and can even be exchanged with other Sprint owners.

Heusinkveld Sprint or Ultimate+ - which should I buy?

The Sprint covers the vast majority of drivers: up to 65 kg of real brake force, a dual-stage loadcell brake and full SmartControl tuning in a compact stainless steel package. The Ultimate+ steps up to 140 kg, 2-way hydraulic damping on every pedal and thermoset elastomers - Formula-level braking for those who train at maximum stiffness.

How much brake force do the Sprint pedals take?

Up to 65 kg of actual force at the footplate, measured by a 120 kg loadcell. The dual-stage system starts with a coil spring that simulates the pad-to-disc gap, then a progressive rubber stack with 6 height settings takes the load. Throttle runs 4.3-14.5 kg and the clutch 5-12 kg with a regressive, real-clutch curve.

Do the Sprint pedals work on Xbox or PlayStation?

No - the Sprint is PC only (Windows 10 or newer), plug and play over USB with the controller integrated in the brake pedal. SmartControl and SmartControl Live are free downloads.

What do I mount the Sprint pedals on?

A rigid pedal deck - 65 kg of brake force will flex anything soft. Aluminium profile cockpits like the Sim-Lab GT1 Evo, GT1 Pro or P1X Pro are a natural fit; the exact hole pattern is in the mounting schematic under Technical details.

Can the Sprint pedals be combined with a Simucube ActivePedal?

Yes - a popular combination: ActivePedal as the brake, Sprint throttle and clutch alongside. The ActivePedal Connector integrates the Sprint pedals directly into the ActivePedal software (one per pedal), and the Simucube Baseplate Mount puts everything on one plate.
