14-Day Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return and refund policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Return a Product

1. Email us at support@gperformance.eu, and we will provide you with detailed instructions.
2. Once you have the instructions, return the product to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. With returns, the sender carries the risk, in particular, the transport risk, until the goods have been received by G-Performance EU s.r.o.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the payment made. Please note that items showing damage or signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
