A: While the AlphaU is designed for optimal performance across a range of titles, it’s always a good idea to check game compatibility. Common titles, such as iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, rFactor2 are well supported.

Q: Can I use third-party steering wheels with the AlphaU?

A: The AlphaU is designed to work seamlessly with Simagic’s range of steering wheels. However, you can mount a 3rdparty wheel to the wheelbase via the QR hub. Bear in mind that the wheelbase will only power Simagic wheels, and therefore a 3rdparty wheel will need its own power source (USB or LiPo battery)

Q: What’s the warranty period for the AlphaU?

A: The Simagic Alpha U comes with a standard two-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: Is the Simagic AlphaU suitable for beginners?

A: Absolutely! With its plug-and-play design and intuitive software, both beginners and professionals can enjoy a seamless racing experience. We advise, strongly, that a complete beginner chooses a lower peak torque setting or a lower strength wheelbase such as the Simagic Alpha Mini to begin with.
