Shipping & delivery

Every GPerformance order ships from our own warehouse in the EU, fully insured. Below you'll find all shipping options and same-day dispatch cut-off times - the exact price and delivery date for your address are always calculated live at checkout, directly from DHL and UPS systems.

Free shipping

Orders over 390€ ship free with DHL Economy or UPS Standard. Orders over 1190€ qualify for free express shipping (DHL Express or UPS Express Saver). Seats and cockpits are excluded from these thresholds - for these heavy items, shipping is free on orders over 5500€.

Where we ship

We deliver across the EU. Because your order ships from our warehouse in Slovakia, there are no customs duties or import fees within the EU - the price you see at checkout is final.

Delivery times and tracking

Orders placed before the cut-off time (16:30 for DHL, 15:00 for UPS) are dispatched the same business day. With express options, most EU destinations receive their order the next business day. The delivery date shown at checkout is calculated for your exact address - and as soon as your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email.

Heavy items - cockpits, seats and simulators

Cockpits and seats exceed express weight limits, so they ship with DHL Economy or UPS Standard, which have no weight limit. Delivery takes a little longer than express, and the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout like for any other product.

  • the faster UPS option, with next-business-day delivery in many EU destinations
  • orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day

DHL Economy

  • orders placed before 16:30 are dispatched the same day
  • no weight limit - suitable for cockpits and seats

UPS Standard

  • our lowest-cost shipping option
  • orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day
  • no weight limit - suitable for cockpits and seats
  • free Saturday delivery in many larger cities in the UK, DE, FR, NL, BE, IT, ES and PL - note: the delivery estimate at checkout doesn't yet show Saturday as a delivery day, so your order may arrive a day earlier than estimated
