High-performance orange sim racing pedals by Simucube in a dimly lit setup, highlighting Sparco branding on the footrest.

ActivePedal Ultimate - the brake

The strongest active pedal available: up to 170 kg of pedal force in high force mode (120 kg in medium mode, with 62 or 79 mm of travel). ABS pulses, traction control, lockups, G-force and RPM run through the driver's foot, and every parameter - force, travel, curves, damping, friction - adjusts from the seat. Backed by a 5-year warranty.

Force feedback. In pedals.

Conventional pedals stay passive - ActivePedals close the loop with simulator telemetry. Feel the front wheels lock under braking, the rear breaking traction on throttle and the pedals vibrating in sync with engine RPM. Simucube brought force feedback to direct drive wheelbases; this bundle puts it under both feet.

Every parameter, one click

Force, travel, curve shape, damping, friction, effects - over 50 parameters for each pedal live in Simucube Tuner, adjustable from the seat without touching a bolt. Free software updates keep adding features, so both pedals improve the longer you own them.

Comparison of GT3 and Formula racing profiles, featuring realistic pedal setups and effects by professional racers.

Race immediately with pedal profiles by professionals

Choose a car, select a profile authored by a motorsport professional, drive - and automatic profile switching swaps setups as the car and sim change.

On the throttle side, the ActivePedal Pro runs the same profile system: 110 kg of maximum force, 74 mm of travel and active effects like traction control and RPM - full active control without brake-level force capacity a throttle never needs.

One click, a completely different pedal

The actuator reshapes the pedal live - a short, stiff Formula brake or a long progressive GT pedal in seconds. The feel stays constant forever: no elastomers to settle, no wearing parts to maintain, so muscle memory built in the sim transfers to the real car.

What our customers say about this product

FAQs

Why pair an Ultimate brake with a Pro throttle?

Because the two pedals have different jobs. A brake benefits from the Ultimate's 170 kg force capacity and finest control at the limit; a throttle never needs brake-level force, so the Pro (110 kg, 74 mm) delivers full active effects there at a lower cost. It is the rational way to go all-active on both feet.

Is everything included to run both pedals?

Yes - the Simucube Link Hub and the Teltonika Ethernet switch are both in the box, which is exactly what a two-ActivePedal setup requires. Connect, open Simucube Tuner and drive. PC only (Windows).

What effects can the pedals produce?

The brake renders ABS pulsing, traction control, G-force and RPM feedback physically in the pedal; the active throttle adds its own telemetry effects on the other foot. Complete pedal profiles - travel, stiffness, curves and effects - swap with one click, no hardware adjustments.

Do the ActivePedals work on PlayStation or Xbox?

No - the ActivePedal system is PC only (Windows), configured and tuned in the free Simucube Tuner software.

What cockpit do I need for this set?

A rigid, heavy-duty pedal deck for the 170 kg brake forces - the Sim-Lab P1X Ultimate, P1X Pro or Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS cockpit are natural fits. For other aluminium profile or steel tube rigs, check the ActivePedal Ultimate and Pro mounting dimension drawings linked in the Compatibility tab.
