Warranty and legal guarantee
The manufacturer’s commercial warranty period for this product is shown below the Add to cart button. If you buy as a consumer, you also have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from GPerformance as the seller. The manufacturer’s warranty is additional and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

If something goes wrong, contact us - we’ll handle the claim, including any coordination with the manufacturer. Shipping cost is on us.

14-day right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer and change your mind, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product - no reason is required. You can use the Withdraw from Contract link in the footer or email support@gperformance.eu.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You cover the direct cost of return shipping. If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us first and we’ll arrange the appropriate return.

Inspecting and returning a product
You may unbox and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Please handle it carefully and return it complete, with all accessories, cables and manuals. Keep the original packaging and protective materials, as they help protect the product during return transport.

If the product has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you still retain the right to withdraw, but we may reduce the refund to reflect the resulting loss in value.
